Please use our Fill-Bill Online self-service center http://fill-bill.alpa.lv to send information about goods and vehicles crossing the Latvian-Russian border to the customs offices of the Russian Federation.
In order to complete the forms and receive a bar code:
• register in the system;
• submit scanned copies of waybills (Excel, PDF or any other convenient formats);
• receive confirmation from the FTS Russian
Federation server in the form of customs identification number (bar code);
• attach the unpacked customs identification number (bar code) to your waybills and check the 23rd column of railway waybill SMGS.
